We are proud of the work we do and consistently get high ratings and encouraging feedback from clients. This document provides an overview of our main services and the associated costs. Impact and creating transformation are important to us. Therefore, if what is required (based on our skill set) is not here, please feel to ask for what your organisation needs. This is how our services have developed.
Face-to-Face Training
This can be tailored to the exact needs of the organisation and may not include all the elements listed and may include add-on areas as displayed below.
Half day training sessions can be online (a full day can be delivered over 2 half days). However, full day sessions must be delivered in person.

Additional Topics Covered
The following are offered as talks or training workshops They can form part of an antiracism training day or be offered as stand alone topics.
- Antiblackness – exploring the dehumanisation of people with the darkest skin tones in society and the additional impact racism has on this group of people.
- Racial advantage – how the system of racism affords some people advantages and others disadvantages.
- Allyship – how to develop a set of specific tools and strategies to help to improve the experiences of racially marginalised people.
- Racial trauma – this explores the 6 types of racial stressors, how to identify them and adopt a trauma informed approach.
- Managing the effects of racism – this is for ethnic minorities (and sometimes allies), it looks at strategies to deal with racism/microaggressions, how to take care of self, how to mitigate against harm, and where to seek help.

Adultification of black children - This training workshop is for educators wanting to understand how black children are systematically and unfairly treated through the often unconscious process of adultification.

Time to talk about Race
Time to Talk About Race (2 hrs) provides a foundational education on racism to help to increase racial literacy which includes building confidence to speak about and deal with issues of race.

Understanding Microaggressions
Upon completion of this 2.5 hour Understanding Microaggressions – the subtle racism course, learners gain a thorough education on microaggressions including, the different types, impact, coping methods, how to manage difficult conversations, ways to challenge microaggressions, how offence is caused unintentionally and intentionally, and antiblackness.

Space to Think about Race
(Ethnic Minority Support Group)
Often ethnic minorities need space to talk through racial issues they are facing within institutions and organisations. Space to Think about Race is a psychologically safe space to raise issues concerning racism (within the organisation’s context), to be heard and validated and to explore options. If individuals wish problems to be addressed by the organisation, they are passed on to the agreed contact.
Each session usually lasts 90 minutes, consisting of 60 minutes for the entire group and 30 minutes for 1-1 sessions (if needed).
Group session
- Introducing the session’s aims and setting guidelines.
- Each person speaks about an issue concerning them (it can be specific to an incident or general) whilst others listen (how long each person gets depends on numbers present).
- After each person has spoken, all reflect on what they heard and ask probing questions to help the individual to find balance/a possible solution. The practitioner offers their thoughts based on their knowledge and experience, if appropriate. Though this is not classed as advice.
1-1 Sessions
These are for individuals who do not wish to speak about their issues in front of others. The same process of reporting above applies.
