The Course

Frequently people act and make decisions based on subconscious thinking which can often oppose the values they hold dear. Unmasking Bias helps individuals to learn about the existence of functional unconscious biases such as out-group homogeneity discrimination and infrahumanisation theory so they can learn the common ways in which people are discriminated against and discover ways to dislodge the biases.
